RETURNING YOUR SUBZIWALLA BAGS
We make it easy to return all your Subziwalla packaging. Just pick a date that works best for you and leave the rest to us.

You can schedule a collection date that's most convenient for you. Look out for an email and text from our team to get your unique calendar link. Click and schedule your packaging collection from the available dates!
Leave your bags outside.
Leave your tote bags, insulated liners, and ice sheets outside of your house or with your leasing office. We'll take care of the rest. Don't worry, we'll remind you the night before so you don't forget.
The fine print.
With your help, we're doing our part for the environment, together. While Subziwalla does not charge a deposit for any of the packaging, if we do not recieve any of the packaging materials back, we will charge a $15 fee for every set of tote bag, insulated liner and ice sheet. If you have scheduled your pickup and are unable to leave your bags for us to collect, please let us know at bagpickup@subziwalla.com.
