Cheesy Vegetable Bake


Cheese, breadcrumbs, and milk together bring such a heavenly texture to our day-to-day vegetables – far beyond our imaginations. As this cheesy vegetable bake slowly melts down to your taste buds, you won’t even realize the healthy number of veggies you’re taking in.

Cheesy Vegetable Bake

Servings 4 People

  • 1 bowl Paneer grated
  • 1 bowl Beans chopped
  • 1 bowl Carrot chopped
  • 1 bowl Mushroom
  • 1 bowl Tomatoes
  • 1 bowl sweet corn
  • 2 Slices Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 2 cup Milk
  • .5 tbsp Salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 bowl Bread crumbs
  • 1 bowl Grated Cheese


  • ⁠Grease pan with butter and saute all vegetables for a minute.⁠⁠
  • Prepare White Sauce with 2 tbsp of Maida and butter, ⁠1/2 tbsp salt and 2 cups of milk
  • Add ⁠black pepper to taste.⁠⁠
  • Keep stirring to avoid lumps.⁠⁠
  • ⁠Add all the saute veggies to the white sauce.
  • Pour the mixture in well greased baking dish
  • Spread a layer of grated cheese on the top with a fine layer of bread crumbs.⁠⁠⁠
  • Bake it for 30 minutes
